Colton Windham is a 2029 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Lakeside, CA who attends Undecided. Large, physical frame with a high waist, square shoulders and room to add strength. Recorded a 7.65 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup with deliberate pace, a slightly coiled leg lift and shorter stride out to foot strike. Fastball worked in the upper-70s, low-80s throughout his outing and topped out at 81 mph in this look. Worked upper quadrant of the strike zone with his fastball, flashed a developing breaking ball with gradual depth and completed his three-pitch mix with a slightly faded changeup with mimicked arm speed. Will continue to improve with minor refinements and additional velocity. Secondary corner infielder with deliberate footwork, a clean funnel out in-front and arm strength up to 80 mph across the diamond during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from an upright, slightly open stance with a tight hand set, high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Loose, leveraged stroke with tons of intent and strength at impact. Uses the middle-of-the field effectively with plenty of present bat speed and power projection. Physical prospect with two-way upside and projection remaining. Named to the 2024 13U Perfect Game Select Baseball Festival.
