Konnor Briggs is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Oxford, FL who attends Villages Charter. Primary left-handed pitcher with a high-waist tall frame and athletic build. Standard side step delivery with a high-belt lift and high 3/4 arm slot delivery. Works direct down the slope creating a steep angle on the fastball into the zone up to 84 mph (2184 RPM). Hard breaking curveball with depth from his high slot in the high-70s (2435 RPM) that is effective both right-handed and left-handed hitters. Varies the velocity and shape of curveball depending on count and batter dependent with a feel to land for strikes in and out of the zone. Projectable high-waist frame with square shoulders to add size throughout moving forward. Secondary first baseman with length around the bag and solid two-hand funnel out front and clean exchange. Accurate throws across the diamond and on the turn up to 83 mph. Solid footwork around the bag and feel for the position. Recorded a 7.68 second 60-yard dash time. Left-handed hitter with a balanced and open stance in the box with high hands and high back elbow slot. Pull side approach with rotational bat path through the zone and impact out front. Excellent student.
